Pat Pitocchi

As the Director of Corporate Training, Pat Pitocchi leads Downing-Frye Realty’s team of six corporate trainers unified by one mission, to help you become more productive, professional, and profitable.

With more than 55 years serving the Southwest Florida Market, part of what sets Downing-Frye apart from other brokerages is its commitment to training. Pitocchi has refined a series of ongoing classes to help both newly licensed agents kick-start their careers as a one-on-one mentor and experienced agents exceed their sales goals through coaching.

Additionally, Pitocchi actively assists buyers and sellers – both local and global. As a Certified International Property Specialist, Pitocchi is qualified to provide a full complement of services to international customers. She is committed to providing personalized, concierge service before, during and after a transaction. Whether local or global, Pitocchi can provide “platinum service” to realize her passion for uniting people, languages, and cultures through real estate.

A former educator and high school principal, Pitocchi is a licensed Florida real estate instructor and an instructor for the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR). In addition, Pitocchi is an instructor certified by the National Association of Realtors to teach global courses which lead to the designation, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She has been recognized as the Educator of the Year award – twice locally from NABOR, and on the state-wide level from Florida Realtors. Pitocchi is also a past-president of the NABOR Board of Directors and currently serves on the NABOR Legal Resources, Global Business, and Professional Development Committees. Through her service, she has been recognized as Educator of the Year, Spotlight Award, and the Leadership Development Class Leadership Award. She is also a past director of the Florida Realtors where she was a member of the Honor Society.
